3 Yi / Heng / Hong Kidneys — a long, low sound rhyming with "long," with a bouncing movement that stimulates the lymph system and helps eliminate waste
4 Hu Stomach — a toned or silent sound, involving an opening/stretching of the middle dantian, then a folding-down motion to descend qi to the stomach
5 Mer Spleen — a long, low, resonant sound like a cow's moo, which "shakes the dampness from the spleen" and helps its qi ascend and spread.
6 Xu Liver - a quiet, extended "shhh" sound, said to benefit the liver, lower back, some intestinal issues, and urination problems
7 Yi Marrow / whole-body qi — a long "ee" sound that governs the flow and storage of qi throughout the body, helping with headaches, back/vertebrae soreness, and some intestinal conditions
